This website was created to fill a void. Since I became active in community issues a few months back I've been using the SRH Talk Facebook site to raise community awareness of serious issues facing us, mainly as a result of our HOA Board not adhering to its own bylaws. Mishandling of our reserves is just one example. But I believe Facebook should be used for more community-friendly issues, like selling stuff.
Also during my review of Board activities I ran into delays and some resistance from our management company when requesting copies of financial and other documents. So now I am making them available to the community (click on "HOA Documents" above).
